Organizations can apply for Grant funding if they
can provide one of the following outcomes:
Education

safety,
stability,
and parent
engagement

Increase
kindergarten
readiness

Increase
positive
social,
emotional
and academic
youth
development
Income
-
Increase
financial
literacy for
low income
individuals
-
Increase
assets and
job
readiness
for low
income
individuals
-
Increase
individuals
with basic
needs such
as food,
safety and
shelter
Health
Attached is the
Statement of
Intent
that must be
filled out by
January 22nd
2010.
Twin County
United Way runs
a two-year grant
cycle.
Applications
were accepted in
January of 2010,
and the next
process will be
in January of
