Since 1950, Twin County United Way has worked to help local residents live safe, healthy, productive lives through the support of community members.  It’s all about neighbors helping neighbors so the need is met immediately.  True heroes are people who invest their time, resources, and energy to leave a strong legacy for others.

The words of gratitude from those assisted by United Way agencies are the only way that each community member can comprehend the power of a combined effort.  My challenge to each resident of Nez Perce & Asotin County is to listen to the stories of all of our agencies and the individuals impacted, and connect your time, skills and resources with the opportunity to make a difference for what matters.   By acting together, we have a chance to become a part of something bigger than ourselves.
