Volunteer as a
Loaned Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
A Loaned Executive is a carefully selected individual
from a business or governmental organization who is assigned
by the individual's employer to work under the general
guidance and direction of a knowledgeable and experienced
Twin County United Way volunteer and/or staff member.
DUTIES
-
Become familiar
with Twin
County United
Way's
principles,
philosophy,
organization,
agencies and
programs.
-
Participate in
the Loaned
Executive
Training
program.
-
Call upon
assigned
accounts and
interpret Twin
County United
Way's program
to the
Corporate
Leaders and
where
appropriate,
solicit the
corporation
for
contributions.
-
Assist the
Corporate
Leader in
developing a
campaign
strategy,
timetable and
goal for their
respective
employee
campaigns.
-
Work closely
with the
Keyperson(s)
appointed by
the Corporate
Leadership to
implement
their
organization's
campaign by
delivering
campaign
materials,
schedule and
show the
campaign
video, speak
at employee
rallies, train
company
solicitors,
return pledge
reports to
Twin County
United Way,
etc.

Attend Campaign
Kick-Off(s),
Report
Meetings, and
Annual Banquet
Celebration.
-
Write Letters
of thanks to
each account.
-
Complete a
brief
evaluation
report on each
account.
